Return Policy & Restocking Fees
We want you to be completely delighted with your B&M purchase. If you are not happy, simply ship it back to us (insured) within the guidelines of our return policy (below) for a refund within 10 calendar days, less shipping fees or for store credit.

Return Policy:
All in stock items (no returns for special orders, loose stones, altered or clearance items) carry a ten (10) calendar day, MONEY BACK GUARANTEE* (item must be returned to B&M within 10 calendar days of receiving merchandise). You must call for an RA # (Return Authorization Number) prior to shipping your return. All return packages must clearly display this RA# on the outside of the box, or the package will not be received. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. After the ten days, returns are permitted for B&M credit only.

*Excluding: Special Orders, Loose Stones, Altered Items (items that have been sized or shortened), Damaged Merchandise or Clearance items. These items are not returnable.

Special Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a restocking fee of 35% (per item) since we have started processing and designing the item to your specifications, there are no exceptions. All other orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a non-refundable $25.00 order processing fee per item. Sizing fees are non refundable in addition to the early cancel fee.

If an item arrives damaged, B&M must review the item before we can proceed with a solution. Once B&M has determined that the item arrived to you in a damaged condition, B&M will offer a replacement of that item or a refund, whichever the customer chooses, unless the item is a special order, clearance item or a loose stone. Those items are only eligible for a replacement or service under the B&M warranty.

Refunds will only be credited in the same manner as the original payment. For credit card purchases, the refunds will be posted to the original card that was used for the purchase. No exceptions. Refunds are generally issued in 10 business days.

Restocking Fees of 20% will apply to the following conditions:
Items not returned in brand new, saleable condition and show signs of wear.
Ladies rings sized below a 6 or above a 7.

Men's rings sized below a 9 or above a 10.

Items returned without the original packaging, or if original packaging is damaged or altered. (Original packaging refers to jewelry gift box and outer box). B&M will apply restocking fees to items that are ordered for viewing purposes. B&M will advise the customer via e-mail prior to processing the order. Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. ACCORDINGLY, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE SHIPPED IN ENVELOPES OR SOFT PACKAGING. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE. For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for the full value of the product. Please include a copy of your original invoice along with a note explaining what you would like us to do (return, exchange or modify).

Returns and Exchange Process
  1. If you choose to return for an exchange, please call 1-800-824-4110 for a Return Authorization Number. Our friendly customer service representative will issue this number to you, which will allow the item to be returned for exchange.
  2. When packing the box for the return or exchange, please include this form and all the original packaging that was received to expedite the return/exchange process (including diamond certificates, appraisals, and any other paperwork accompanying the product).
  3. After securely readying the package for return, affix label with the return/exchange address below. Please note that all of the information below must be listed on the label or the package will be refused and sent back to you.

  4. It is advised that you ship your packages with insurance for possible losses during the shipment.
Once we receive your package, it will be fully inspected. B&M is not responsible for packages that are not received or are not returned to the correct address as listed above. Until we receive the package, you are responsible for its contents (please insure the package for its full value for your safety and peace of mind).

All products returned are fully inspected upon receiving. We reserve the right to refuse a return that shows signs of wear or alteration, scratches or blemishes, or has been engraved. Additionally, special orders are non-returnable.

If a piece of jewelry is ordered and modified from the state in which it is listed on our web site, it is considered a special order and will be non-returnable. It will also be noted on the receipt that you receive via email.

Please double check that you are including all of the original packaging and paperwork. We must charge $250 for any diamond certificates that are not returned with their prospective diamonds.
