- Should your B&M gemstone display any signs of damage, B&M will provide a replacement gem at no charge to the original purchaser. B&M may replace the gem with the closest color and cut available at the time. Fees for stone setting and goldsmith work will apply, as well as any shipping fees. Original receipt must be presented for guarantee to apply. Please see our Policies page for complete details. Work performed on B&M jewelry by anyone other than B&M will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
- If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, B&M, at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another in stock item of equal or greater value. Original receipt must be presented for guarantee to apply. Any items that display damage due to abuse or misuse will not be covered under the warrantee. Work performed on B&M jewelry by anyone other than B&M will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied.
CREDIT TERMS AND APPROVALS
Credit terms of 30 calendar days are available upon credit approval. To establish credit, a bank reference plus three trade references are required. We reserve the right to deny shipment to customers who we deem a credit risk.
CLAIMS
Claims must be made within 15 business days of receipt of the merchandise.

BACK ORDERS
We maintain back orders unless otherwise specified. Back orders are automatically shipped and billed.
SHIPPING METHODS
We offer expedited and insured shipping for all orders. For your protection, all shipments are insured for their full list price. All orders are shipped pending credit approval. All shipping, handling and customs charges are the responsibility of our customers and they will be added to your invoice.
In an effort to protect cardholders, all items must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address.
All packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx, US Postal Service or other methods B&M deems necessary and appropriate.
Signatures are required for proof of delivery. B&M can not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
SHIPPING TERMS AND POLICIES
An e-mail notification with a confirmation of shipment and tracking number will be sent to the customer the day the order has been shipped.
All shipments from B&M require a signature for delivery.
All orders we receive before 3 p.m. EST will be shipped same day depending on availability of the items. In the event your order cannot be shipped, you will be notified the same day by e-mail for the reason of the delay.
Saturday deliveries require expedited shipping and extra cost. If requested we will do our best to accommodate your request at your expense.
Order Cancellation
If you'd like to cancel or change your order for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your order number as soon as possible.
B&M reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
